How to return a product to us

While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy! 

We are happy to issue a full refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt of item and the item has never been washed, worn, and/or embroidered. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand! If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our ProMed Apparel community! <3 

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well. We promise we send them quickly! We've got you!  

Returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please keep tracking for your own records. Please note sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.
